I'm homegrown! I started working at Morrisons 13 years ago as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist and I've spent my whole career here. I've never wanted to go elsewhere, because I enjoy the people and culture so much. Everyone is really close, it's like we're one big family.

My days are full of variety. I spend a lot of time visiting stores, where I support teams, review working practices and generally keep things running smoothly. However, I also work on new store openings and I'm heavily involved with recruitment. Sometimes I miss the patient interaction that I had as a Pharmacist, but I still get plenty of satisfaction from bringing the best out of our teams and finding the right people to join us.

The training and development opportunities Morrisons offers are the best in the industry. I mean, I never dreamed I'd get so far in thirteen years! So if you're thinking about joining us, I'd definitely recommend it.

I love being a Pharmacy Manager, because I can combine managerial duties, like stock control, CPD and booking locums, with dispensing and helping customers. That's really important to me, as I really enjoy having lots of customer contact.

I started working with Morrisons Pharmacy as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist and I've spent my whole career here. That's one of the best things about Morrisons - there's lots of support, training and a structured career path. In fact, one of my colleagues joined us as a Pharmacy Assistant and is now a fully qualified Accredited Checking Technician.

I really enjoy the security and the benefits that come with working for an organisation like Morrisons. There's an excellent support structure in place here too, both in store and at Head Office, so I never feel like I'm out on a limb.

As a Pharmacy Manager, I look after my team, deliver training and complete schedules and other paperwork. However, I still dispense prescriptions and have lots of customer contact, too.

Some people think that you can't build relationships with customers in a supermarket pharmacy - but they're wrong. I'd say that around 50% of our customers are regulars.

We also have longer opening hours than most independent pharmacies, which allows me lots of flexibility.

I've been at Morrisons for 22 years, so it's been a long time since I've been employed by anyone else. However, I think there's much more autonomy here than in any other pharmacy organisations and I really enjoy having the scope to do my own thing.

I've been working at Morrisons Pharmacy for more than five years, but I still couldn't tell you what a 'typical' day is. Usually, I start by reviewing whatever I've been doing the day before, then I'll check prescriptions, chat to customers and generally make sure everybody is happy.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is being able to help customers. As a supermarket pharmacy, we get lots of people stopping for advice while they're passing. These people might not think of visiting their doctor or a stand-alone pharmacy, so being able to help them is especially worthwhile.

If you're thinking about joining Morrisons Pharmacy, come in and see us. Unlike some high-street pharmacies, there are always lots of people around and there's a real buzz about the place! The company offers lots of training and support too. So whatever you want to achieve, you can do it here.

I started working on the checkouts at Morrisons when I was 16, and when I began training to become a Pharmacist, they helped me move to the Pharmacy. As a student, I completed the Summer Vacational Programme, followed by the Pre-Registration Programme.

Most of my time is spent giving advice to customers, dispensing prescriptions and doing paperwork. With dual cover and some shift cross overs, it ensures there is always a Pharmacist to provide the all important patient care.

Eventually I'd like to manage a Morrisons pharmacy, but I've still got a lot of learning to do. However, when I'm ready, I know I'll be given all the support and training I need.

I've not been working with Morrisons Pharmacy for long, but I've already been impressed by the support and training they offer. It's really helped me to improve my knowledge and settle in.

Typically, I'll spend my time dispensing, providing health services and helping customers. I love working with people, so all the customer contact is perfect for me!

Until recently, I worked in Italy. But being a Pharmacist is much more of a career over here - there's a much better salary and more opportunities to develop. Eventually, I hope to become a Pharmacy Manager. I like getting to know lots of different colleagues and customers and Morrisons will help me do that.

Since I joined WM Morrison Supermarket in 2005, I have developed a range of services which have had a positive impact on the health of the local community. This year, all company pharmacists were given the opportunity to become accredited for the flu vaccination service. This meant that instead of a nurse administering the vaccines, I was able to utilise my skills as a healthcare professional. In turn, we had an increased uptake since patients did not need to book an appointment in advance.

The local PCT have also chosen our pharmacy to commission a NHS vascular healthcheck service to Camden residents aged over 40 with no pre-existing heart conditions. This has been widely advertised within the store and has been operating very successfully, with all members of the team helping to recruit clients.

As well as caring for the local community, providing a range of services is extremely rewarding. I hope to continue focussing on services in the future, especially as this is the direction the pharmacy profession is moving towards.
